At BioLite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
